What is Job in ZuppIO?

In ZuppIO, a Job is a configurable instance that combines:

• A set of organizations (Source and Target orgs) you want to work with.
• A set of steps (like executing Anonymous Apex or copying Page Layouts) you want to run against Target orgs.

Key Features of a Job:

• A Job doesn't run immediately after it's created. You start the deployment process manually whenever you're ready.
• Flexibility in configuration:
  • You can create, update, and delete steps.
  • You can add or remove Target orgs.
  • You can choose which organizations will receive updates and what updates will be delivered.
• Validation before deployment: Run a validation process to ensure your changes are ready to go.

History Log

A Job tracks all activity in the history log for every organization included in the job, providing a detailed record of actions performed.
