Do I need access to the orgs in order to deploy with ZuppIO?

Yes, there is no way around it. You can log in using existing credentials (preferably an admin account or one with all required permissions you used to deploy before), or you can request access so the owner of the org can authorize the org without sharing the credentials with you.

Do you store our data?

Your metadata is temporarily stored on a secure AWS storage, and nobody has access to it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

If your metadata or logs are very sensitive, reach out to us for consultation – we can implement a dedicated secure AWS storage just for you.

Does ZuppIO overwrite existing subscriber editable components on the target orgs?

Please refer to our support page for detailed information on the deploy behavior for each type of metadata.

Should I install the package to use ZuppIO?

You can install our managed package in any org or use our Web App (coming soon) – no installation required.

If you install ZuppIO into your partner business org, you can combine ZuppIO with your LMA app and work with subscriber orgs more efficiently.
