Letterheads

All attributes of Letterheads are editable by the Subscriber.

When the ISV makes changes to a Letterhead (description, "available for use" flag), these changes will not be delivered to subscribers via package upgrade.

Letterheads in ZuppIO

What’s Updated by ZuppIO​

✔ All managed Letterheads are copied as-is from Source to Target org.

What’s Ignored by ZuppIO​

ZuppIO does not update:

  • Managed Letterheads containing icons that are not present in the Target org.
  • Managed Letterheads that do not exist in the Target org.
