Mass Access Request in Case You Don’t Have the Credentials

If you don’t have access to your subscriber organizations, you can create a bulk access request.
In this case, your clients will receive an email with an authorization link and will be able to authorize their organizations on their own without sharing credentials.

How to Enable the Request Access Feature​

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  2. Enable the Request Access feature.

You can request access to organizations from:

  • LMA (License Management App)
  • Environment Hub
  • Any other organization outside LMA/Environment Hub

Requesting Access to Subscribers from Your LMA​

To request access to organizations from your LMA, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Organizations tab.
  2. Press the Request Access button.
  3. Select organizations you want to authorize from the right column.
  4. Check the fields that are pre-filled with information from your LMA.
  5. Preview the email and add comments if needed.
  6. Press the Request Access button.

Requesting Access to Organizations from Your Environment Hub​

To request access to organizations from your Environment Hub, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Organizations tab.
  2. Press the Request Access button.
  3. Select organizations you want to authorize from the right column.
  4. Check the fields that are pre-filled with information from Environment Hub.
  5. Preview the email and add comments if needed.
  6. Press the Request Access button.

Requesting Access to Other Organizations​

To request access to any organization outside LMA/Environment Hub, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Organizations tab.
  2. Press the Request Access button.
  3. Select organizations you want to authorize from the right column.
  4. Fill in the required fields:
    • Client name
    • Organization name
    • Client email
  5. Preview the email and add comments if needed.
  6. Press the Request Access button.

Authorization Status​

Once the request is sent:

  • You will be redirected back to the Organizations tab.
  • The authorization will be pending until your clients check the email and complete the authorization.
